The Government of Sindh has started preparations to introduce a Youth Card Program aimed at empowering young people across the province. The initiative is expected to be launched before June this year.
The decision was taken during a high-level meeting chaired by Sindh Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Mehar at the Sindh Secretariat.

Officials said the framework is being prepared to ensure maximum benefit for the youth population of Sindh.

During the meeting, the Sports Department was instructed to finalize a comprehensive mechanism for implementation.
Minister Mehar stated that the Youth Card initiative is being introduced on the special instructions of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party. The provincial government aims to formally launch the program before June.
Senior officials, including the Secretary of Sports and other department heads, attended the meeting and received a detailed briefing on preparations.
