The Samsung Galaxy A57 has received its first official design reveal after updated images appeared on China’s TENAA certification database, giving users a clear look at the upcoming mid-range smartphone.
Earlier listings had only revealed the device’s technical specifications, but the latest update now includes official renders, confirming several design and hardware details ahead of its expected launch.

Familiar Design With Subtle Refinements
At first glance, the Galaxy A57 follows Samsung’s familiar design language. The phone features a flat front and back panel, along with the brand’s signature “key island” on the right side that houses the power and volume buttons.
The biggest visual change appears on the rear camera module. Samsung has introduced a new two-tier camera layout, featuring:
-
A thicker outer frame matching the phone’s body color
-
A black inner pill-shaped section housing the camera lenses
This gives the phone a more refined and premium appearance compared to its predecessor.
According to TENAA, the Galaxy A57 is also slimmer, measuring just 6.9mm thick, down from 7.4mm on the previous model.
Display and Performance
The TENAA database reveals that the Galaxy A57 comes with a 6.6-inch AMOLED display offering Full HD+ resolution, ensuring sharp visuals and smooth everyday usage.
Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core processor clocked up to 2.9GHz. Benchmark results suggest this could be Samsung’s Exynos 1680 chipset, promising improved performance and power efficiency.
Camera Setup and Battery
In the camera department, the Galaxy A57 features a triple rear camera system, including:
-
50MP primary sensor
-
12MP ultra-wide lens
-
5MP macro camera
For selfies and video calls, the phone offers a 12MP front camera.
The device packs a 5,000mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging, allowing users to recharge quickly and stay connected throughout the day.
Software and Storage Options
The Galaxy A57 will ship with Android 16 and Samsung’s One UI 8 interface.
It is expected to launch in multiple memory variants, including:
-
8GB RAM + 256GB storage
-
12GB RAM + 256GB storage
These configurations ensure smooth multitasking and ample storage for apps, photos, and videos.
Expected Launch Timeline
Samsung is likely to unveil the Galaxy A57 by late February 2026, ahead of the company’s flagship Galaxy S26 series launch.
With a refreshed design, powerful chipset, and fast charging support, the Galaxy A57 is shaping up to be a strong contender in the mid-range smartphone segment.
