The Punjab government has decided to initiate recruitment in the Crime Control Department (CCD), creating 1,000 new job opportunities in the province.
According to sources, the Punjab Police has prepared a summary for recruitment in the CCD and forwarded it to the Home Department. Under the proposal, 1,000 positions will be filled to strengthen crime prevention and law enforcement operations.
Posts to Be Filled
Recruitment will be carried out for the positions of constable and driver constable. The Home Department has sent the summary to the Chief Minister Punjab for final approval.
Once approved, the recruitment process is expected to begin soon, offering employment opportunities to eligible candidates and enhancing the operational capacity of the Crime Control Department.
Officials believe that the new recruitments will play a key role in improving law and order and increasing the effectiveness of Punjab Police’s crime control efforts.
