The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new facility to make life easier for citizens applying for identity documents.
Previously, applicants had to visit NADRA offices repeatedly to check whether their CNIC or other documents were ready. Now, that hassle has been removed.
📲 Check Status Through Mobile App
Applicants can now track the progress of their application through the Pak ID Mobile App.
To check status:

Open the app

Go to the Tracking tab

Enter the Tracking ID and code printed on your slip

Send their Tracking ID via SMS to 8400
🎯 Why This Matters
This step reduces unnecessary visits to NADRA offices and saves time, especially for overseas Pakistanis and people living in remote areas.
