The Lahore administration has announced new regulations for kite-flying materials to ensure safety and control prices in the city.
According to Commissioner Lahore, Maryam Khan, from now on, kite materials from other cities can only be brought in by licensed holders. Individuals transporting kites and threads (Gudde and Dor) must have a permit to legally enter Lahore.
