The Punjab Specialized Healthcare Department has announced that medical centers under its administration will remain fully operational during Basant holidays.
Across the province, hospitals will continue to provide services as usual to ensure patients do not face any disruption in medical care.
Major Hospitals to Function Normally
Key hospitals including Bahawal Victoria Hospital and Sir Sadiq Abbasi Hospital will remain open on Friday and Saturday, offering routine services.
OPDs and Emergency Services Active
On February 6 and 7, hospital operations will include:

- Emergency care
- Indoor patient services

Officials emphasized that maintaining uninterrupted healthcare services during the festival period is a priority, especially when public gatherings increase the risk of medical emergencies.
