The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Excise Department has announced good news for vehicle owners by deciding to auction 40 additional choice number plates.
According to officials, the auction will be held on February 14, where several premium and customized number plates will be offered to interested bidders.
Variety of Choice Number Plates Available
The auction will include number plates featuring popular names such as Syed, Qadri, Jatoi, Raja, and Pashtun.
In addition, number plates associated with districts including Khyber, Buner, Mohmand, Kohat, and other regions will also be presented.
Base Price and Auction Conditions
The Excise Department has fixed a base price of Rs 1 million for a unique choice number plate.
Officials stated that if less than three bidders participate for any specific number plate, the auction for that number will be postponed.
Security Deposit and Payment Policy
Participants will be required to submit a security deposit of Rs 100,000 to take part in the auction.
The successful bidder must pay the full amount immediately after the auction concludes.
Transparent Process Assured
The KP Excise Department has assured that the entire auction process will be conducted transparently, ensuring fairness and equal opportunity for all bidders.
This initiative aims to provide vehicle owners with an opportunity to obtain personalized number plates while generating additional revenue for the province.
