Australia has simplified its visa process for eligible Pakistani applicants by allowing them to submit identity details through the Australian Immi App.
Australian High Commissioner Tim Kane announced that applicants can now upload their passport information and facial biometrics directly from their smartphones, reducing the need for in-person appointments.
Who Can Use the New App Feature?
Applicants must have a biometrics instruction letter with a Visa Lodgement Number (VLN) starting with AUI or AUH, along with a valid passport.
Those whose VLN does not start with these prefixes must still visit an Australian Biometrics Collection Centre.
