Dense fog has begun affecting railway operations across multiple routes in Pakistan, leading to delays and changes in train schedules.
According to railway sources, trains departing from Lahore toward Karachi and other cities have been unable to operate according to their regular timetables due to poor visibility caused by fog.

The Karachi Express experienced a four-hour delay in its departure from Lahore and is now scheduled to leave at 10:00 pm instead of its original time.
Similarly, the Millat Express, which travels from Lalamusa to Karachi, has also been affected. Due to foggy conditions, the train faced a delay of four hours and 40 minutes and is now expected to depart from Faisalabad at 10:30 pm.
Officials from Pakistan Railways stated that these adjustments were made to ensure passenger safety, given the hazardous travel conditions. They added that passengers are being kept informed about delays and revised timings through official channels.
Railway authorities have advised travelers to check updated schedules before heading to stations, as foggy conditions may continue to affect operations in the coming days.
