Pakistan’s star batter Babar Azam endured another difficult outing in the Big Bash League as he failed to make an impact during the match between Sydney Sixers and Melbourne Stars.
The match was played on Thursday at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground, where Sydney Sixers chased down a modest target of 129 runs.

Early Dismissal for Babar Azam
Chasing the target, the Sixers lost captain Moises Henriques early in the third over. Babar Azam then came to the crease alongside Josh Philippe, attempting to stabilize the innings.
However, in the seventh over, Australian all-rounder Marcus Stoinis trapped Babar lbw with a good-length delivery. During the dismissal, Stoinis was seen engaging in verbal aggression, but Babar chose not to respond and walked back calmly after brief discussions over a DRS review.
Babar managed 14 runs off 17 balls, continuing a pattern of inconsistency in the tournament.
