The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has further simplified the biometric verification process for buying and selling vehicles in Sindh, allowing citizens to complete verification from home.
According to a public notice issued by NADRA, vehicle buyers and sellers can now perform biometric verification through the Pak Identity mobile application, eliminating the need to visit NADRA offices in person.
How the New Facility Works
Under the updated system, once biometric verification is successfully completed via the mobile app, the vehicle transfer process can be finalized smoothly with the relevant government departments. This step is expected to save time, reduce crowding at offices, and make the ownership transfer process more efficient.
NADRA stated that the initiative is part of its broader effort to digitize public services and improve convenience for citizens, particularly in routine legal and administrative procedures.
