Students across Punjab have received an important update as all educational boards in the province have officially announced the start date for the Intermediate annual examinations 2026.
According to education officials, exams for FA, FSc, ICS, and ICom will begin on May 5, 2026, and students from both public and private institutions will take part in the annual assessment process.
Board authorities have confirmed that the admission process is already underway, and candidates have been advised to submit their examination forms within the prescribed schedule. Officials stressed that timely submission will help students avoid unnecessary complications later on.
It has also been clarified that late submission will result in additional fees, which will be charged strictly in line with board regulations. Students are therefore encouraged to complete all formalities well before the deadline.
Education boards emphasized that Intermediate examinations play a critical role in shaping students’ academic futures, as these results form the basis for admissions to higher education institutions. To ensure transparency and smooth execution, preparations for exam centers, invigilation staff, and administrative arrangements are being finalized in advance.
Officials added that detailed date sheets will be issued by all boards in the coming weeks, clearly outlining subject-wise exam dates and timings. Students and parents have been advised to rely only on official board announcements and avoid paying attention to unverified information.
