The Pakistan School Education Department has introduced a major initiative to monitor teachers’ performance digitally, aiming to enhance educational standards across the country. The new system, called “Teaching Practice Analysis Form”, has been launched and activated on the HRMS portal.
Daily Uploads and Video Submissions Required
Under this new system:
-
All teachers must upload their daily teaching activities on the portal.
-
Teachers are also required to submit short videos of their lessons, with a maximum size of 5 MB.
This digital record-keeping will allow education authorities to monitor teaching quality effectively and maintain a transparent system for evaluating professional skills.
Purpose and Benefits of the Initiative
According to the School Education Department, the aim of this initiative is:
-
To digitally preserve teachers’ professional skills
-
To improve overall educational quality
-
To ensure transparent and effective analysis of teaching performance
This step is expected to boost accountability among educators, provide valuable feedback, and encourage better classroom management and teaching practices across schools nationwide.
Next Steps for Teachers
All educators are advised to familiarize themselves with the HRMS portal, start daily uploads, and ensure that their teaching videos comply with the size limit. The department will monitor the submissions regularly to assess the progress and quality of instruction.
