The Punjab government has announced the launch of the “Apna Khet, Apna Rozgar Program”, a major initiative aimed at providing agricultural land to 50,000 citizens across the province. This program is designed to promote farming, create employment opportunities, and empower the youth.

Government Land Allocation: Agricultural land will be allotted to citizens for cultivation.

Youth Employment: Hundreds of new vacancies approved in CCD, Excise, Tourism Police, and other departments.

Electro Bus Service: 1,000 new green buses to be introduced with cashless payment systems starting March 25.
Supporting Agriculture and Livestock
The cabinet has also directed that all districts organize Horse & Cattle Shows to promote livestock and cultural activities. Punjab aims to enhance agriculture, culture, and tourism simultaneously through these initiatives.
